Long time artist and lover of business, Kate Deeds started Elite Tattoo in Jan. 2023 after moving to Lincoln. Life long artist. mother of two. She has 21 years sober in 2025.

Minors
MUST BE 16
We do not tattoo or pierce anyone under the age of 16.
REQUIREMENTS FOR MINORS
-Must be at least 16.
-Parent and child must have a government issued photo ID or driver's license.
-Both last names and addresses of parent and child must match on both ID's.
-IF names or addresses don't match you must also bring a birth certificate.
-Parent must be present the entire time.
-Be aware that tattoos spread as they age.
NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 SHOULD BE INSIDE THE TATTOO SHOP. NUDITY IS POSSIBLE AND PROFANITY IS GUARANTIED.
Refunds
Deposits are not refundable, HOWEVER
Deposits are non-refundable in the case of a last minute cancelation or reschedule, however artists are usually understanding and MAY offer refunds or reschedules IF one is requested 2 days prior to their scheduled appointment. This allows the artist at least a chance to try and fill the hole that will be created in their schedule. Please do not book a tattoo unless you are willing and able to accept the risk.
Age/Health
Our artists have extensive experience tattooing all skin types. Feel free to reach out with questions!
-Years of sun damage, alcohol use or smoking can have a negative effect on aging skin.
-Skin gets thinner as we age and daily moisturizing can help increase thickness as well as elasticity of the skin.
-Diabetes can increase the efficiency and length of healing.
